Room was clean and tidy, very basic accomadations. Could not provide second key, so limited ability to leave room individually as power would shut down. Breakfast was a buffet style with most dishes cold, although they should have been hot (chicken fried rice, etc.). Eggs were provided and cooked to order.

Very welcoming and attentive staff. Both rooms we stayed in were clean and well stocked with amenities. Room size was good, however really enjoyed the superior room size! Pool was excellent great size and plenty of lounge chairs for guest! Wonderful location on a beautiful beach! Over all fabulous!

Cottage on Klung Dao
Lovely setting, very nice pool. Helpful staff breakfast could be improved but sufficed. Our cottage was near the beach but also near the restaurant which played music we didn’t like too loud even when there was no-one around. Very irritating.

This place was probably the best hotel for the money we paid on this staff tech of beach. The breakfast was more than enough and the place was clean. The pool looked knew and the beach is beautiful!! We think that the pool chairs could have new mats on them or at least be cleaned each day. All in all we were happy with this stay!!!

We had a lovely room right on the Ocean. The room.was huge...too big for two people but it was nice to have the space. Resort was clean but the beach was not. I would not recommend Koh Lanta during low season, it was too quiet. Our air conditioning broke which staff attempted to fix but room was too got to sleep in. If you aren't worried about mosquitos sleep with the doors open for a nice breeze.

Good property for families w/ small kids
Very convenient to the pier and the beach, plus a decent breakfast. It is more of a family property, though, with lots of small kids splashing in the pool, and couples strolling around. Less appropriate for solo travelers.

This hotel was lovely. Right in the beach. Great pool and restaurant. Can't beat the price. We were very pleasantly surprised with this place. We stayed for 6 nights wish it had been longer.

Unlucky 13...!
Unfortunately had bad weather so spent lots of time in room. Some English language TV channels, nice bed and clean. Good size room with big bathroom. Pool was clean but chlorine was so strong. Had room No. 13. Noisy during the night from staffroom nearby. Overall happy with room and facilities. Beach was filthy.

Very very great experience
Service is good, location is good(on the beach and the ocean is really nice to swim in), room is clean with all utilities, breakfast is tasty, and the rate is great. Everything is perfect, except it is a little bit far from the Walking Street where there were lots of seafood restaurants, it took us around 30 mins of walk, a tuktuk cost 50B per person for one way. Overall it was a very very great experience! Highly recommended!
