Excellent Location for Gatlinburg Visit
Hotel is in a perfect location for visiting downtown Gatlinburg. Free trolley service right to the front door of hotel was a huge perk! Communication with the front desk was excellent. Room was very clean with all the amenities- a nice size fridge and even a wireless phone charger (great bonus). View from the balcony was beautiful (photo attached). Will definitely be back.

Enjoyed our stay in the area, but the daily maintenance of the room was lacking. Also, the bug issue in the rooms is much more than the one bug species noted by the front desk staff when asked about the multitude of bugs in the room.

The only reason not a 5 is excessive beatles on balcony preventong use at all & bathroom too tight. Great views, service, trolley to the strip, nice lounge & breakfast buffet.

Tho I wasn’t sure where the hotel was, when we arrived I realized there def wasn’t an option to walk from hotel thru Gatlinburg do to the high grade driveway. The positive is that there are city trolleys frequently around so that was a positive instead of having to drive. Hotel is in great condition and staff up front is very fast and friendly. View from room over mountain was def worth it in its own. Strongly recommend if wanted for a “relaxing vacation”

This is our second time staying at the hotel. We had a better experience the first time. The rooms definitely need to be updated for the price you pay. We could not sleep the first night due to a loud AC unit in our room. We asked the front desk if they could send someone to look but all the person did was lift up the cover. We had to just leave the AC off at night to sleep. Overall, the view was beautiful as usual and restaurant staff were nice.

One thing I did not like when they were asking for a tip or I come from a tip is earned by service a true waitress or waiter knows what to do so otherwise they wasn’t worth the tip they couldn’t understand, etc. etc.

This was an excellent experience staying at the Park Vista. The entire hotel smelled so clean and was very refreshing. They were very accomodating with getting us in early as we had a photo session to get ready for. 10/10 recommend!

Let me start with the good . The view was absolutely gorgeous. You could see the mountains and even though we were only on the 5th floor it was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and my oldest loved the pool. The bad….. we could never find a cart for our luggage , the floors were disgusting, our sink was clogged and the hot water handle wouldn’t work correctly , our fridge wouldn’t get cold, there are so many bugs which I know the hotel says they are harmless but they are very annoying. They charge for parking yet we could never find a place to park at night so we had to drive around and finally park in the absolute very back of the property. The last night we had to park down behind the hotel where the staff parks which is so fun with two little children . This last part is the main reason we won’t be back . I called on the morning of our last day to ask that our room be cleaned and was told as long as we left the tag off our door they would clean it . When we came back that night we had new towels and that was it . The beds were not changed or made which was why I had called because our little ones had some accidents on them . When I called to ask about it they said well they should have changed them but housekeeping was gone for the day. The lady then said she would send someone to take care of it . The man they sent came in was not friendly at all and when he was finished I tried to talk to him and thank him and he ignored me and walked out . That was it for us.

Some water was leaking above our balcony and puddled on our balcony. We didn’t go out there at all. The toilet kept running several times after we flushed it. Very annoying.
