I booked 3 nights, arrived night time very tired from long drive, checked in, entered the room with a bad smell, was gonna choke, humidity smell with disgusting carpet smell probably cleaned 10 years a go, talked to reception to change room, they did the other room was better but still you can smell something bad, I believe carpet needs to be replaced in the whole building, i said to myself i am here for business and my schedule is very tight I don’t have time to go somewhere else and it was after midnight, so i accepted to stay to find out that the mattresses there are too bad and i can here the inside springs making weird noises, again i said I don’t have time to go check another places but when i started having back pain from their old uncomfortable mattresses I decided to leave, i went to reception next morning to tell them that i am leaving i am not comfortable in their hotel and cant be patient anymore, the guy right away said ok no problem i gave them the key and left to another neighbour hotel. Then next day I discover they changed me for 3 nights instead of 2 nights. I emailed them and explained what happened but they said no we can’t refund your money. They didn’t even care about my bad experience, they didn’t even said sorry. DON’T EVER GO THERE THAT PLACE CANNOT BE EVEN 1 STAR HOTEL
