I have to admit that I arrived with a bad attitude since I was exhausted. The front desk told me that they were really sorry that my bedroom would be too small because they had too many people, I said ok. The room was huge, beautiful, with excellent service, location is amazing, pool is very cute. I will definitely try to stay again here!

Location is superb! Walking distance to everything touristy around the area. Train station is just around the corner. It is a busy hotel, not a lot of amenities to offer, but if you are looking for something that is within walking distance this it is.

I was traveling to Hong Kong for a work meeting and my customer recommended this hotel. I'm pleased that she did because this place was fantastic! Very clean and a great location. Across the way is the metro and a huge shopping mall with tons of restaurants. Its in a busier area, so there's lots of walkable places. The breakfast on site was pretty good. Daily housekeeping and fresh towels. Bottled water provided in the room as well as a small fridge, coffee, tea and a kettle for hot water.

When i bought hotel room it was not clear to me that i have to pay for my 14 years old kid another extra 200 USD. The room was tiny and beds were not comfortable. Staff was hardly speaking English and not empathetic to the costumers at all.
