Staying for the 2nd time within a year. I checked in well before noon and the reserved queen bed room was not ready until later in the afternoon. The very polite and efficient front desk staff offered an option to take a 2-bed room instead. Since I was travelling solo I took up the offer which worked out perfectly fine. The room was decent in size and I didn't feel cramped, except the bathroom was just a little bit narrow. The shower stall was good size to move around though. The room furnishing had minor wear and tear around the edges compared to my 1st stay but otherwise clean and comfortable. It's a nice trouble free stay and I will not hesitate to come back again.

Our room bathroom wafted a strange odor, similar to partially treated sewage. I woke up in the middle of the night because of the smell. Purchased air fresheners which still did not mask the smell. Talked to concierge and they poured bleach and flushed the toilet a few times but this helped only temporarily. There is black mold on the caulking in the shower. There was alot of dust under the bed and by the window sills next to the bed. Hotel is located in a busy area with access to shops and food.

My experience as a frequent traveller.
Too dark coming out from lift. Very scary ambience. Not a good idea to impress guests for first time. Looks scary and haunting. Even room is very very small and not really clean. Not very impressive at all.

It’s a YES!
This was a quick weekend trip to HK. This is a great location to stay at and the room is fairly new. 7-Eleven, a dessert place and massage parlors are right there within 20 feet. Three blocks from the subway, MTR. What more can you ask for?
