Great staff in a hotel full of history.

The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding and for a good length of time. The position was perfect. The building was full of character, which did mean there were some ‘downsides’ (not being able to open windows for example), but the history outweighed the negatives. I would have loved to have been able to have more information about the history of the building to study.

A Good hotel in a wonderful location

A great location in a superb part of town. However it’s not 5 star as it claims. We had a junior suite plus described by staff as the best in the hotel. The room is large and there was a small King size bed. Howe et the mattress was really worn out and the pillows tiny. I have never seen such small and thin bath towels in my life! However, it is a very old beautiful building and the rest of the hotel aspects were very good. The room would also be improved by installing chrome cast. Strangely although the TV’s were smart TVs the remotes for this function were not provided or allowed to be provided.!

The room was very spacious and clean. Great location right on the main square wirh easy access to all the restaurants and bars. Very good buffet breakfast and the staff were very attentive. Would recommend a stay at this property.

What a lovely hotel. 4 of us sharing 2 bedroom apartment with stunning views of the square. Very spacious apartment. Lovely bottle prosecco in the room upon arrival and mini fridges topped up daily with juice and water. Taxi transfer for airport return was excellent, quick and comfortable. Reasonably priced. We arranged our trip to Auschwitz via the hotel, highly recommended. Wojtek was our driver who was lovely, chatted away, very informative and dropped us off at a lovely tapas bar. Breakfast was beautiful. Highly recommend this hotel for many reasons. Thank you

Absolutely amazing hotel and staff. Only point is that personally I prefer a bath sheet as opposed to a bath towel. Otherwise I can't fault the hotel. Staff were so helpful and booking the trips through the hotel was so efficient and effective.

Excellent stay

Unbelievable location in the main square. My room 105 had no view but this didn’t bother me as it was nice and quiet!! Room cleaned each day, comfortable bed, complimentary mini bar ( soft drinks), welcoming staff. Good choice included in the breakfast. Overall excellent service and hotel. Would recommend.
