First Time experience was good.
I was sososososo disappointed with second time visit to your property. The toilet floor and wall is yellowish and there is water on the toilet floor, seems like somebody just use that toilet, and i am just wondering about the yellowish. Fine, next one, The blanket is dirty too. And, 8am ur staff talking and shouting at the corridor, I can't even had enough sleep because I arrived at your place at 3am and your staff woke me up at 8am...Speechless.... And when I arrive at your hotel for check in at 3am, seems like your worker did not know about my booking, she just answered me 'har, check in?' . Thats all. And I pass her my identity card. During the process of check in , believe me there is no communication at all, she just say 'deposit RM100'. Not even had thank you. But, luckily the morning shift Indian girl is much more polite and assist me on finding my left over necklace. I hope that you can train up your night shift staff, I understand that nigH shift is torturing but there is always courtesy for hoteline even you are budget hotel. And I wish that also if you can improve on the cleanliness.
