清潔感や大浴場の湯質など総じて満足だったが以下の点が残念だった。 ・大浴場のロッカーの鍵の動きが悪く、閉めた後に開けられなかったためロビーに連絡して対応してもらうことになった。 ・１Fのレストランの椅子を動かすときの床との擦れる音が大きく、利用客が多いと多少うるさかった。
