It would've been nice to know one of the two lifts was out of service for maintenance as this made coming and going a drawn out affair. For this, and other reasons, I thought the building was showing its age. Staff were courteous - but lacked initiative. Apartment was clean and well stocked with soaps, etc.

2 nights, room very comfortable, room servicing a bit off, late and tea, coffee, milk & sugar not replenished after first night, had to call room service to bring, which was prompt & friendly. Bedding and pillows extraordinarily comfortable. Check in and check out friendly and quick. Decor lovely. Height of toilet and bathroom sink designed for very short people. Shower could have been better, but overall very nice room with great view. Would stay again.

We stayed a week in the Motor Inn. The room was clean and lovely and the beds were very comfortable. However having to step into and out of the bath to take a shower could be very dangerous. Also our milk and coffee were not topped up on several occasions forcing us to buy our own.
