Hotel was beautiful with geat pool Staff is very noce and helpful. Superb buffet breakfast. Only problem we had was room intercom was not working so anytime we needed something we have to go to reception which was a bit away or find aome staff outside. Location is right in middle of Kuta. But Kuta itself is not a great place to stay.

our stay was good except for the rain leaking in under the patio door all the time. We had to keep putting towels down to stop it running right cross the floor. Maintenance is a little underwhelming with doors coming off the hinges as well. Having said that they fixed the internet and TV that wasn't getting signal pretty quickly (ethernet plug had come out of the WAP)

Beautiful hotel and location close to airport.
Last minute booking due to flight cancellation. Wonderful hotel on the beach with a lovely poolside area.Reduced our stress levels considerably. Comfortable, clean room. If we came back to Bali, I would stay there in a heartbeat.

The hotel location is great, close to the beach and airport. The staff was pleasant and courteous. The breakfast buffet was good with many options. The rooms are clean, however the furnitures need some upgrading. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were lumpy (needs new one). Otherwise, the hotel was reasonable for the price we paid for.
