Our overall stay was enjoyable, and I rated it highly, not basing my judgment solely on the final experience. However, the stay ended on a disappointing note that left a lasting impression. While waiting for our cab after checking out, I asked for a glass of water and was told water was only available in the rooms. This felt inconsistent, as we had been offered iced tea upon check-in. Instead, I was directed to purchase water from the coffee shop in the lobby. Though not a major issue, this is not the level of service I expect from Hilton, especially given the premium we paid. The last interaction with a guest often lingers in their memory, and small gestures can make a big difference.

We pay for two rooms a lot of money for 9 days and the people I. Customer Service don’t provide to much options when we asking for better services. I have to pay 200 hundred dollars for late check out. No very impressive with the hotel compare with the amount of money we paid.

The hotel tating is completely wrong. Its a 3.5 at best. Roof leaks, door window gaps allow mosquito in room, HVAC units not clean. Food was not good at any location on property.

Loved our stay at the Hilton. My wife and I were there for our honeymoon and enjoyed the different food options, the beautiful view from the room, and how well kept everything was. They were doing construction on the beach during our stay, which did take away a bit from our experience, but it was government sanctioned work and out of the control of the hotel so can't blame them for that!

You'll find The Hilton Resort stunning and a perfect getaway destination! The property is beautifully designed with incredible amenities, including five pools, each offering a unique vibe to suit your mood. Whether you want a quiet, relaxing swim or a lively poolside atmosphere, there’s something for everyone. The variety of options for activities and relaxation truly sets this place apart, making it an excellent choice for a memorable vacation. The staff was also welcoming and attentive. The only downside is that dining within the hotel can be pretty expensive. While the food is high-quality, it might be worth exploring nearby options for a more budget-friendly dining experience. This beautiful resort offers a soothing and enjoyable stay, especially if you want a serene escape!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Bali Resort, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and stunning surroundings set the tone for a truly memorable stay. Location: The resort is perfectly nestled atop a cliff overlooking the Indian Ocean, offering breathtaking views that are simply mesmerizing. The beach is private, pristine, and a serene escape from the hustle and bustle, making it a perfect spot to relax and soak in the natural beauty of Bali. Accommodation: The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully designed, blending Balinese charm with modern comforts. My room had a balcony with a panoramic ocean view, and waking up to that was a dream come true. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities, from the high-speed Wi-Fi to the luxurious bathroom, were top-notch. Facilities: The resort boasts an array of facilities to cater to every need. The pool areas are fantastic, with both family-friendly zones and tranquil spots for adults. It is a very nice property especially if you have kids with you because they will have many things to do. Breakfast was good and have many choices and can be suitable for all nationalities but it is very crowded. The best thing about this property is the staff they are very nice ,polite and helpful. From the time of checking in to the time you leave they give you the feeling that they want to you to have a memorable stay at the resort. I faced a problem and the GM of the resort Mr Amit was very understanding and solved the issue the minute I discussed it with him. Mrs Rika at the front desk was a great help in solving all the issues from start to end and I would like to thank her for a great performance in doing her job as it should be done. Really the staff made the difference and made me forget that I faced an issue.
