I wanted to love the property but unfortunately the cleanliness was a huge letdown. The towels and sheets had stains, the bench top was stained and sticky, and the black mould in the ceiling was absolutely revolting. The mould smell was very strong and a very real health hazard.

Had a room facing the street. Windows don’t really block the sound. Something to be mindful of as it is on a major road. May have been better on an inside booking for a room. We didn’t have the choice.. Staff were excellent though.

The staff is amazing, they do everything to help us, always smiling. No complain on that matter. That being said, the hotel itself has many issues. The bathroom of my room was not the same as the picture, that for me was a problem as I’m pregnant and I was looking for a walk in shower. Beside that a family room without at least shower curtain it’s unpractical. Beside that the bathtub had many mold, or it needed a regrount. The bedding sheets had stains, so we could not tell if they was dirty or actually stained. Either way not what we expect. At some point I had to change the room because it had many problems. One common problem of the rooms are the AC, very old, loud with a terrible maintenance. The breakfast is a la cart and you can choose only one dish. Be aware that it takes ages to be served, it’s well done, but if you are on the clock I definitely do not recommend. The breakfast service is terrible, not organized at all. First day I had to clean my own table, because the staff was overwhelmed. The towels smell like smoke for some reason. The water has a weird smell, but I believe that is not this property issue, probably the water in Bali is like that. The soap, shampoo and toilet paper was not proper refill. The bottles are huge and it’s not cool to have them almost finishing. I would recommend to chave to a personal size or have them proper refilled in between guests. The rooms are well decorated, but with so many problems is difficult to enjoy

Picked Yans from online pictures while I was at the airport on a last-minute decision to go to Bali I could not have made a better choice Yans is clean beautiful great people five star at three star prices you can’t go wrong. Kuta is the best location for all needs

Staff and attention the friendliest ever. Beautiful details that make you feel welcome every time. Very nice breakfast a la carte. Also they give you privacy any time. Just like home, but with customer service.

Hotel Review.
The hotel is very nice. I would improve the following areas: 1. Provide fresh fruit every morning with the breakfast. Right now visitors must choose between a few slices of fruit and a fruit drink. Not enough based on my wife's and my traveling around the country. 2. My wife had a problem with the pillars. Could be a little softer. 3. The laundry ironing isn't great. I kept asking for heavy starch and creasing of my pants/trousers but it didn't happen. I also don't like the additional 20% fee added on to the laundry bill. I think it's too much and just another way to make a few extra dollars.

5 star service boutique family hotel
A 5 star service boutique hotel. Chilled towel given to refresh during checking in, fresh salak juice and coconut macaroons were fantastically yummy. Ala carte breakfast with coffee, juice, and main course, come with freshly baked bread with butter. Evening chocolate to welcome us after a Long day out return to the hotel. Last but not least, always attentive and smiling staff. We the family of four has truly amazing stay here. Room was clean and tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. The girls love the bunk bed. 5min walk to Waterbom Bali and discovery mall, and < 10 min to Kuta beach.
