The place is clean. The staff is friendly. I recommend t g is place for its location. It is a 4 minute walk from the Kyoto station. Its is a 10 minute walk from the Kyoto tower and all restaurants and shops around the tower area.

We got confused and arrived to another location, staff was nice enough to book a taxi for us, left phone in taxi and staff in hotel was super helpful to find taxi driver and fetch my phone back (many thanks to Mina-san) in few hrs I got my phone back, and I was able to enjoy of my stay. Premises do not have a PC for users so if you are in business trip or requiere PC for any reason won’t be able to rely on their resources, everything else was good.

Enjoyable stay in Kyoto
Very nice hotel. Convenient, great service, comfortable, and wonderful staff. Recommend highly. The location next to Kyoto Station makes it a winner.

Really clean rooms, still small in size. But bathroom was spacious so that was nice. Really close to Kyoto Station, convenient while traveling. Only thing was there wasn’t enough staff to staff the bar/ coffee area. Usually someone from the front desk had to assist or someone from the restaurant had to come and assist.

Good location . within 10 minutes walk from the hotel to Kyoto station and the bus station where I can take the airport bus from Kyoto to Kansai airport. I can also take the bus to Arima Onsen at the same bus station.
