Really comfortable stay in Kyoto! The room was cozy and spacious, and the shared amenities (kitchen, laundry room, bathrooms) were kept relatively clean and free to use. Owner was very friendly, location was perfect- located right by the shopping street with lots of food, and just a 5-min walk to the train station!

リーズナブルで、無料で洗濯・乾燥でき助かった。施設内もきれいに掃除してありよかったが、室内は何が生乾き臭がして気になりました。すぐ近くに居酒屋があったり、商店街なので買い物には困りません。近鉄や京阪の駅が近いので移動も便利です。

費用対効果で言えば良いとおもいます。 料金が料金なのでテレビが無いのもお風呂が共同のユニットバスでも気になりません。 が、長期滞在者の方かま我が物語でリビングを使っていらっしゃるので一夜限りの利用者は肩身が狭いです。

シンプルで、よいお宿です。
トイレ付きのユニットバスは普通のビジネスホテル並み。ちょっと待てば普通にお湯が出ました。寝室は、畳に布団で他にめだった設備はなし。非常にシンプルな感じ。テレビもラジオもなく、目覚まし時計もなし。ただ、コンセント・ＵＳＢ充電端末が４箇所もあり、スマホの充電にきわめて便利。 ビジネスホテルと考えると設備的には絶対に期待はずれでしょうが、シンプルな素泊まりであれば、非常に清潔な中で快適な睡眠を得られる、よい宿泊所だと思います。 階下の店を含め、徒歩２～３分で行きたいお店が多数あり、また、駅からも数分なので、立地は抜群だと思います。 最後に、フロントの方が親切・丁寧で好感が持てました。 また、チャンスがあれば、お世話になりたいと思います。

チェックインしたらダブルブッキングでしたが、別のホテルを同料金でセットしてくれました。 どうやら、いろいろからのサイトの予約がかさなっていたとのことでしたが、フロントの男性（経営者）はとても親切で、他のホテルに泊まることができました。

伏見の町の中心にあり酒蔵も近いので、散策中も出たり入ったりが可能です。 バストイレ付きの和室でしたので、ゆっくり過ごせましたし、コンセントが沢山ありましたので充電するのにとても便利でした。

安いアパートメント型ホテル
夫婦で利用しました。トイレ、浴室付きの部屋は2部屋で、あとの部屋は洗面、トイレ、浴室共同です。しかし清潔感がありますし、食堂、キッチンは広く器材も揃ってます。洗濯機が2台あり、洗剤も備え付けがあり無料です。商店街の近くなのでコンビニもあり、駅も京阪、近鉄が近くにあるので便利です。パジャマや部屋にTVはありませんが、金額が安いので満足です。

伏見の隠れ家のような宿
少しわかりにくい場所にありますがお部屋はもちろん、キッチンなど共用部分も清潔で快適でした。京都伏見の観光に良いロケーションだと思います。泊まった翌朝、川沿いの柳や醸造元の塀など雰囲気のよい散策路を歩くのも楽しかったです。二階にあるフロントまで階段なので荷物が重いと大変かも？でもスタッフの方に声をかけると運んでくださいました。

お値段相応。
受付の人は対応が丁寧で安心しました。 部屋は冷蔵庫と布団しかありませんが寝泊りに不自由はありません。 洗濯機が使えるのである程度滞在する方が良いかと。 共同バスはユニットバスです。 使用後に毛を流すくらいの清掃があれば、ここだけが唯一の不満でした。 なお、部屋によりエアコンの室外機の音が大きいので気になる方は問い合わせ下さい。
