What I can say is that the location is convenient, with easy of access to location shopping, dining, and transportation within 10-15 minutes. The Ryokan is reasonable for the price, but it left a bad taste in me and my partner's mouth while staying there. The front desk/caretaker, didn't even seem to know we were coming, and had to find our reservation. This was even longer as my Credit Card, which was just used at 7-Eleven just a half hour earlier didn't work for his machine, something my partner's CC didn't work either. We later suspected it was because he was cutting costs as the entire Ryokan was also blisteringly hot, even when compared to outside, and many appliances were always turned off, even the toilet one night, as it was unplugged. Stairs leading up to our room were like that form a small boat, incredibly tiny and hazardous, especially if you are bringing anything down it. Only one bathing room, and it's on the first floor and it's tiny, not even a bathtub.
This is a place where you get what you paid for, but even then, I felt a bit cheated by the price at just under a $100 a night. I chalk it up to being on a budget.
