The staffs are amazing. Also their English is perfect so if you have difficulty with the language, here you won’t get any problem. The room condition is great and I really like the location. The hotel is clean and well-equipped. It is like literally opposite side of the Kyoto station.

Lovely spacious room with everything I needed, plus a bit. Opposite station and with many places to eat nearby. Many transport options to the main sights. Walkable to Toji Temple (a gem which is quieter/less visited). Hotel is very clean and well presented.

Great little hotel
Great little hotel. Easy to find right across the Russ from the station. The bath was a bonus. Comfy beds and extra pillows. Lots of extras if you want them - toothbrushes etc. Free coffee in the lobby.

The hotel is situated across Kyoto Station w/c makes our stay convenient to move around & a lot of restaurant around. It is in the middle of everything. Walkable to Aeon Mall, Kyoto Tower and endless shops at the station. The bus limo to KIX IS just a hop from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It’s clean and most probably because of language barrier, the staff refrain in making conversation. They are all polite.
