The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. I especially liked the washing facilities, coffee and ice stations. Lots of food choices available nearby.

A very pleasant stay, the fact that there is a mini launderette available is much appreciated. There was a slight smell in the room that I couldn't place, not unpleasant, maybe slightly chemical? I think it may have from the air conditioning as it was more noticeable when I came back after being out all day. That was the only issue, otherwise an excellent base for Kyoto sightseeing and travel further afield.

A perfect and clean business style hotel in an easy location. We had a great stay here as a couple. Like most business hotels similar to this, the rooms are minimalist and space efficient but also extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly, and offered free beverages since we didn’t care for room cleaning services while we were there. Great stay!

Very close to Karasuma Station, about 8 mins walk. Room size is good, very clean bathroom. The amenities are very good. Lots of very nice restaurants around the corner.
