When we checked in, the lady at the desk acted as if we were bothering her, just by being there. Had to ask for the VIP upgrade, as she did not want to give it to us. Other than that, we love staying at this hotel. VERY clean, hot tub (when working) is AMAZING & the breakfast is good.

This is probably the 10 or more times where i have rented a hot tub room and the hot did not work for ashit. I will be calling you there tomorrow and talking to a manager and I would expect my room to be free and probably even count at least another night stay there because I've been quiet this whole time about it but every time I stay there I can blow bubbles or just harder than what people in those hot tubs every single one of them sucked it's like sitting in warm bath water

Love this hotel, we go to onalaska multiple times per year to visit family and stoney creek is always our hotel of choice, my only complaint is that the beds are very uncomfortable and rock hard and the indoor pool is ice cold.
