This place is ok. Nothing fancy. Staff are friendly. Could be a little cleaner but nothing horrible. The bed is a little uncomfortable and the pillows are terrible. The pool area is closed, it was also closed in March when we were there so I'm not sure if its ever open. It's easy to get to and in an ok spot. This was our second time staying here, will probably stay again.

First off the rooms were not ready when we arrived so they had to wait twenty minutes after driving a long way to get to the hotel. The bed in my room had a big blood stain on the mattresses, just disgusting! The phones did not work when I tried to call the front desk, and it was very noisy all night. I have asked to speak to a manager Saturday Sunday and Monday with no response yet! Terrible customer service.

I wouldn’t stay here again. The bed was super hard the lady doing check in had zero personality however her trainer was very kind and offered to carry my bag to the third floor because the elevator was not working.

I had 3 guest in my room and there was suppose to be a couch and there was not. I asked for 3 extra blankets and pillows for my other guest to sleep on, and they only had “1” of each left!?. Having an extra coat/bed costing 80-100$ I believe it said, is a little crazy

I stayed here as I was going to a bills game. In the morning I went to grab a towel to have a shower and a crack pipe fell out from the folded towels. Disgusted I have the photo of it can cannot upload as it is certainly not child friendly. I’m happy to provide the photo should the hotel wish to get in touch.
