Some water was leaking above our balcony and puddled on our balcony. We didn’t go out there at all. The toilet kept running several times after we flushed it. Very annoying.

Excellent staff very friendly . Clean rooms. Heads up on the driveway up and down to the hotel very steep if you are not used to it. On this trip we actually saw a bear on the property. Close but not to close.

Over all we are always pleased with our stay at park vista but when I went to check in they informed me there was an additional 15$ a night fee for parking just to stay in the hotel which was not noted when I booked the room online. Very frustrating when you show up and additional fees are tacked onto your already paid for room.!

Great hotel and we went and because it was during the off season and it was so nice and quiet. Plus the trolley stops at the hotel and it takes you to all the best spots in town. Close but at the same time away enough from the downtown area. Plus the view is amazing!

We absolutely loved our 3 night stay here. The bartenders at Firefly are awesome. The front desk staff is super friendly. The pool area is super cool. The timing of everything is perfect. My husband and I are night owls and late risers. Check out is at 11am and pool isn’t closed until midnight, which is super good for us. We were visiting for our 7th anniversary and looovvveeedd every second of it.

The parking lot got a little full at night. It can be quite a walk depending where you park. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay! Beautiful view, friendly staff. There was one small issue with housekeeping, but they immediately made up for it. I would stay here again!
