There are hiking trails, a ski resort, snow mobile trails nearby. 25 minutes to Weirs beach and Lake Winnipesaukee.
Dive into the lake from the dock, before taking your boat( tied to property's boat slip) for a cruise to loon sanctuary or anchor at the sandbar.
