My first B&B experience and it was wonderful!!! Pam and family have taken such good care of the property and have decorated so tastefully. The views!! The peaceful porch and lakeside gazebo! The delicious breakfast that again shows their care and attention to detail. Five star quality.
The house was charming, Pam was warm and friendly and went out of her way to make us comfortable. The grounds were amazing and the views were beautiful! Breakfast was delicious as well! We read reviews before we book so let us say, “Scroll no further, pick THIS one!”
The inn itself is beautiful and so cozy. The owners are incredibly warm and welcoming, and Sunday breakfast absolutely delicious. We would stay there again and again!
The setting is beautiful. Front porch with comfortable seating overlooks the lake across the street. There is a lovely gazebo and more seating right on the lake. Kayaks, paddle boards and big beach towels provided! Inside there is a cozy gathering room with a fire. Breakfast was great, coffee available all the time, and even homemade cookies. The innkeeper, Pam, helped with everything.
We had a great stay at the Lake House and wish we could have stayed longer. Pam, the Inn Keeper, is so great and available to answer any questions and accommodate any dietary needs, etc.
This place is a great place for anyone who wants to stay in the Lakes region. My wife and I stayed here after going to a concert at the NH Pavilion. It's about 15 minutes away.
Very large front porch to sit and view the lake. There are also chairs at the lake and a gazebo to sit in. They have kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards to use.
It's on a quiet street but very accessible to anything in the Laconia area. Highly recommend.
We were looking for a place to stay while we were in the area for a concert and discovered The Lake House at Ferry Point, What a beautiful place this is! The main house is lovely and we felt lucky to have booked the attached two-story suite. It was meticulously clean, beautifully decorated and with so many thoughtful touches. We were only there for one night but you could easily stay there much longer and have plenty of room to relax. Views to the lake across the street were wonderful. We are still talking about how exceptional the bed was, so comfortable and really soft and wonderful linens and pillows. The breakfast was delicious. I really can't say enough great things about this place. The location was gorgeous and we enjoyed both the front porch and the area across the street with the gazebo and peaceful waterfront views. The innkeeper Pam was friendly, gracious and just made you feel instantly at home. Highly recommend this lovely property!
Wonderful experience, beautiful accommodations, Pam was so nice & treated us like family. 10/10, Would & am coming back here again! Best, Rick & Christi
Amazing room in very nicely fixed up large house. Only 10 rooms so book early. Pam is very nice. She allows one night bookings but you will wish you stayed longer.
What a peaceful and beautiful location! If you enjoy house stays vs hotels, this is a great place to stay at. First and foremost, Pam, the owner is amazing! Super welcoming and friendly. She gave us a tour of the home and told us a bit of the history. She made us feel right at home... we only went for one night for Laney Wilson's concert and it was only about 15 minutes away from the Pavilion. We thoroughly enjoy having coffee on the porch facing the lake... Pam came to us and offered some muffins as we enjoyed the views before we checked out at 11 am, even though we missed breakfast times. That was very sweet of her! We are always grateful for the small details when we stay at Inns similar to this one. It is what separates it from staying at a hotel. You hardly get a one-on-one attention like at an Inn.
It as a Mother’s Day getaway for my family and myself- we had an snacking time - Pam & Al were so warm and welcoming- we felt part of their family - highly recommend
