Worst customer service at a front desk ever. That were very rude. Yelled at me when they were at fault and didn’t offer any solutions. The rooms do not match the web descriptions. We were moved to a lower rate room because they overbooked. The next day we were moved to the room I actually booked and they said it was a courtesy upgrade. The next day moved back to the lower room. It was crazy to say the least— considering I was there for a family function and they kept calling us to switch rooms at checkout time.
On top of that, the bathrooms smell like sewage water and the sink water had an odor as well. The property is beat up and needs a massive renovation. This is not a luxury property and the star rating isn’t accurate. It’s a 2.5 star at best.
On a positive note, the kitchen breakfast staff was very nice and made sure our experience every morning was great.
Very Nice. Breakfast (which is included for one person) is really good and offers a variety of food for anyone & everyone. Staff is very helpful and on point. Customer Service and Quality control manager, Mrs. Okome and the dining staff were great. The other staff were also very good and professional. I will definitely be going back there.
The service was top notch. The food was very good as well and centrally located. It didn’t feel too big that you get lost in the system and not too small either. It just felt cozy and spacious at the same time.
