Terrible- want a refund or credit for this crap
After we checked in we were told the jacuzzi and pool were being worked on as the temperatures were cold. They were never fixed. We booked this place specifically for my mother to relax in the jacuzzi while my neice played in the pool. We didnt even get to enjoy that since it was cold and the jacuzzi was at 70 degrees. Then in the morningn trying to shower the bathroom lights kept flickering and going off.

I really enjoyed the hot tub in the room as well as the one at the pool area. I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and have no complaints about it. Would love to come back next time.

Only thing I didn’t like was it took A long time for the hot water to come on in the shower and don’t last as long as it should And we were there for two days and one of the days they had a cold breakfast only

We had a very nice stay. The only thing that should probably be looked at is the black floor mats in the lobby and lobby entrance. The edges of the mats are curled up and present a trip hazard. I tripped three times myself.

Hot tub broke again.I called this time before I booked,was fixed so I booked a room only to find out broke again Girl working frong desk extremely unpleasant.Had a room on 3rd floor,even though very few cars in parking lot,very rude when I asked for 1st ord 2nd.

"Hairy Stay!"
We've stayed here before so it aided in our choice. Overall we like the hotel. But unfortunately our room was not clean. While we anticipated little things prior and stopped to get some cleaning spray, we did not know that there would be hair throughout the room, which included the bathroom as well as our bed. Its disappointing as we really like the hotel and its amenities. Not sure of stay policy in terms of length of stay, but our room was not cleaned after the first night, so we had to find someone from the housekeeping staff to get a clean towel swap. We only stayed 2 nights. Everything else was fine, staff was nice. But hair in our bed, on and around the toilet and in the bath rub is not a good look for any hotel. Probably will stay somewhere else on our next visit.

It’s just right up the street from the downtown area. We took an Uber because we wanted to drink. Very clean. Beds are comfortable. Pillows too. Would stay again and it didn’t break the bank.
