I reserved a handicap room weeks in advance just to be put in a regular room. As a result of the breach of contract, I was denied the ability to take a shower. They were notified in advance that I was traveling with my service dog. The were aware of the need for a disabled room. I also did an early online check in the guarantee that I was coming but didn't matter. The 2 disable room was vacant all night long. As a result was advised there are no reserving of specific rooms.
