The desk clerk stated he had no record of my stay though I had a printed copy with confirmation, date, address, everything. He said he could not find me so I left. there was a long line waiting to check-in, the Hotel wanted to charge more since there was many in line to pay more than mine. Then later that day the manager called and apologized for not having any rooms.I there was no record of my stay, how did the manager get my phone number, they lied and used my reservation to have another stay at higher prices
