The location is great. There are 3 big size bed. Fridge and microwave are available. You can watch the beautiful pines from the window. No elevator. Good option for a get away and affordable price.

This was a nice property for the price, the host was friendly at check in, did check out by front desk phone, the code for opening the door took a bit to figure out from limited instruction but felt secure. We would definitely come back to this place next year, it was very central to a lot of restaurants and our event.

I liked that my door code was sent to my phone and I could check out quickly using my phone. Even though I didn't need any assistance, it was nice to know the staff was only a text message away if I would have. I also liked the Marketplace room with snacks & sundries that was self service with multiple payment options.

Very clean, nice pool and hot tub
They made sure to keep the place very clean. It is a little dated and it doesn't appear to have an elevator in the hotel. We were on the first floor so it was fine for us. Security for the hotel wasn't great. They have cameras all over which helped it feel better but none of the doors into the hotel are kept locked and anyone could walk in. No one is usually at the front desk and you have to pick up the phone to call them but they usually answer and we're very friendly. The pool and hot tub are indoor and the pool is heated. They keep it open from 8am-8pm. My room specifically had a smart TV in it which was really nice and the bed was very comfortable. The aesthetics of the place to could fixed up better but I didn't mind because it was clean and well kept. I enjoyed the time there and took a bath in the jetted tub in our room and it was very nice.

I had mistakenly made a reservation here and never gone on the vacation. Brandy was so helpful in getting me fully refunded, even though by all rights I should have been responsible. Next time I go to Pinetop, I will definitely stay at Pinetop Studio Suite based purely on their customer service.

Property is in good condition, room was great very spacious, clean, stocked and convenient amenities inside the room. There was hot water and good water pressure. Check in and out were easy. I do hope in the future the owners considered fixing the door to get in the hotel. Anyone can go or follow you in easily. The hotel area is off the main road backed by unlit alley/ wooded area. Also, maybe consider not using dark bedding would be such an improvement.

The lobby, the hallways, and the room were clean and in good condition. The combination freezer/refrigerator was about the same height as myself. We did not try the microwave that doubled as the clock in the room. The windows, when closed, kept out all noise from the highway traffic.
