Be aware you have to pay 10 dollars a day to park! That wasn’t clear with the booking. Polite staff and nice room. The grounds are very well kept. The pool was absolutely freezing. After 9pm there are no kids allowed in the pool, but the older kids were still there making a lot of noise and doing canon balls. I made sure to book a stay at a place with a pool and i was Never able to use it

Extremely disappointed
Place was expensive and we thought we would get a nice room but wasn’t every clean. I don’t know if they over booked but they were a lot of people especially little kids like a day care so getting the elevator was a wait and getting breakfast was also a long wait and they were not many tables parking was 10.00 a day and you were lucky if you found one.

There were children from the ages of 8+ literally running rampid throughout each floor- no supervision at all💯💯 they were playing on the elevators and pushing all the buttons so the next person entering wouid have to wait to visit each floor before arriving to their floor destination. There needs to be accountability 💯 Ppl pay way to much to have their stay over taken by unsupervised children making the hotel into their playground

Hotel is NOT same. Go someplace else
I have been going to this embasy suites for years but this will be my last time. The front desk staff was great but the food serice was horrible. The food was horrible. They did not have any non-dairy option for the coffee. The only thing they did in our room was make the bed. We had to empty our own trash daily. Very very disappinting. You have lost a very loyal customer.
