Nice clean hotel in perfect location. Nice added touch with fruit and water in reception. Great pool and spa facilities, good and plenty choice for breakfast. Although I didn't like sharing the breakfast room with dogs

Good location just off the M6 Good hotel spacious rooms Clean, good size bathroom. A little dated with decor in the rooms. Try and get a room at the back as the front rooms are noisy from the road opposite.

Everything was brilliant. But was dispappointed the pool was not open due to repairs. It was not on the website otherwise i probably wouldnt have booked this hotel. I booked the hotel because of the pool. Maybe just letbthe customers know when booking.

Good Morning Many thanks for the mail, I can confirm that the check in was pleasant, however there was fitness class going underneath me And the biggest complaint the shower was broken and if your paying £149 for a room you expect to be able to wash yourself especially as we are not a third world country and we are in 2024,the bath was a half bath and my 8 yr old would not fit in it never mind an adult. On checking out the receptionist did not ask if my stay was enjoyable or if everything was OK, I therefore prompted and told her about the issue to she replied OK thank you. That was it, no apology,nothing. My room was 234.
