Staff are all truly amazing. The welcome we received is unprecedented in any other hotel. Every person who works in that hotel is incredibly nice. Food is great. Lovely breakfast buffet and excellent Italian restaurant for the evening. The only problem we faced was with the beach. Too much jellyfish so not possible to swim. Also, the beach water is not the cleanest or clearest. Pool is great.

Very comfortable & enjoying our stay for 5 days 4 nights. Staff are very friendly & courteousness. Breakfast is delicious with various choices. The downside are the beach water not so clear .. and the room night lights are quite bright, so that we have to turn on the wardrobe light instead.

Amazing - so sad to leave
Absolutely amazing stay - flawless and faultless . The hotel and ground are beautiful as is the location . Quite breathtaking when you see the pool and the beach through the large glass doors when you have a tour on check in . The service is first class and everyone working there are highly professional , friendly and cannot do enough for their guests

A stunning setting, The Danna really is a place of luxury. You wake up in the most comfortable bed, walk onto your balcony to look across the harbour for a morning view. The shower is powerful with Jo Malone products for use. A plentiful breakfast which is varied, fresh and delicious. So many options, the head chef also present to check guests are happy and catered for. The pool and beach are both clean and maintained to a high standard. Each day the pool is brushed clean. It was great to see various birds flying overhead or in the distance, and be uninterrupted on the private beach. The staff are pleasant, responsive and accommodating, without at all being intrusive. During storms or rain-showers, staff came to each person with an umbrella, whilst others were cleaning up water at entrances and ensuring everyone was safe. All in all, a refreshing and relaxed experience. I’d love to be able to stay again ❤️

We stayed at the Danna for two nights. Overall we had a pleasant stay, we particularly liked the spacious room and the incredible view as well as the pool area and kids club. Unfortunately the restaurant’s lunch service was a constant let down with 45min long waiting times. For dinner we only tried the buffet restaurant as we could not afford to wait again to be served with two young children but overall the food was tasty. We are also grateful to Chef for his efforts to rectify the situation when provided with feedback. Overall, we found dining options especially at lunch limited and quite pricey.

Our stay at The Danna was a short 4 day leg of our honeymoon. My only regret is we did not stay longer. We chose it for the quiet location, room and private beach. The facilities are top notch and the service is exemplary. Our room (Viceroy Sea View) was well equipped with all modern amenities, a fairly deep and large bathtub and a great view of the Andaman sea. The resort offers a host of water activities at a reasonable price. The spa similarly has a variety of treatments at fair prices. The gym next to the sauna is adequately equipped for some holiday based cardio and resistance training. There are a few restaurants onsite which offer great food but can be quite dear. It’s easy enough to get a Grab to Pantai Cenang for more varied and affordable options. I cannot highlight the service enough which is first class and is what makes Danna a true 5* hotel.
