My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. We loved the hospitality and how attentive and accommodating they all were. Our room was very clean and nice. The shower was the best! We plan on coming back to NY and will definitely plan to stay here again. 5 stars!!!

Beautiful hotel! Concierge and door people were incredibly friendly! My only issue was on Friday night the music kicked in at a nearby nightclub an hour before I had to leave for the airport and shook the entire room. Otherwise area is convenient and rooftop is nice. Be careful up there, the drinks were expensive.

Perfect location, very nice room. Check-in process in slightly awkward due to you standing and the people processing checkins are sitting at a low table. The shower alone was worth the price of the room. Highly recommend if visiting Times Square.

Here's the truth - we go to NYC every year. We have a favorite hotel but started trying different ones closer to the venue we volunteer at Each Year. Well I picked Knickerbocker for not only location but historical value with rooftop Restautant to boot. I will say the drinks & food at St. Cloud are AWESOME; expensive but delicious. However, the service was awful - our waitress literally 3 feet away found flirting with 2 young men - surely for bigger tip -much more important than greeting us never mind making sure our drinks & food came fast. We had to ask a bus boy for water and napkins. She just didn't care about our 4 top. Meanwhile 24 hours later, the 16th floor had Fire Alarm issues ALL NIGHT LONG due to the rain coming in a pipe and setting off the panel. Full on alarms & with fire marshal announcing every 30 mins or so DO NOT LEAVE / FALSE ALARM. But they were alarms from 7PM to 4AM. alll night long - the hotel never offered any discount or even breakfast to the floors affected... finally when checking out - somehow the reception desk screwed up or bills and charged 2 rooms to 1 person's card. We had 4 people and clearly my room was not part of their room... I realize it on the way home reading paper much closer on train rid. SO I CALL first thing next day... reception folks Cannot help me but manager can but they said they'd call me back later!??. I never received that call. 2 days later I call them AGAIN... long story short, 5 calls and weke later.

The hotel experience was amazing, very clean and the hotel smelled exquisite. At the bar of the hotel Rocco is an amazing person and the way he greeted us made us feel welcomed.

Hotel itself was great, elevators a bit strange, but very clean and staff very friendly accommodating. Hotel room was nice, just didn't have a coffee maker which was odd and cafe on main floor was inconvenient expensive. Great gym and rooftop bar. Area outside is chaotic, dirty and overrun with vagrants.
