Overall a great stay here with excellent access to surrounding areas, a 5 min walk to the skytrain station, and a good included breakfast and pool. The only place I could ask for improvement is some of the room and fixtures look tired (someone kicked an indent in our room’s wall, the bathroom ceiling was stained, and the window seal had failed causing condensation inside the glass). Lastly the filtered water dispenser on our floor needed its filter changed, and the property had placed a little sign saying “water” over the filter change required message. These were minor, but kept me from wanting to give a 5* for condition.

Hotel is conveniently located in Metrotown with plenty of shops and good variety of restaurants nearby. Reception staff are helful. Room is spacious, well maintained and clean. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is free and has a good selections of foods. Parking is also free. We will definitely stay there again.
