The third floor and our room had an odor about it which somewhat dampened our enthusiasm. Paint job was nice. Cleanliness of floors was lacking.

The front staff were friendly & efficient. The bed was comfortable. The hotel provided a hot breakfast with multiple choices. I would recommend this hotel.

Appears to be an older property that they tried to make into a Best Western with a few coats of paint. Entire building smells. Pictures make it appear far nicer than it really is.

It was fine. Just a stay over on way to Chicago. Rooms were dated and could have been a little cleaner but rate was good. Breakfast was just so-so.

When I book a hotel I read the reviews first before making a decision. There were mixed reviews on this hotel but I’m glad we picked it. The bed was amazing, shower was wonderful. We did not use the pool, but it was very nice. The breakfast was as expected. The best thing was the location. It was so quiet. I haven’t ever stayed at such a quiet hotel. I will definitely stay here again when traveling through.

Awesome experience!!!
It was amazing!! Shawn was so helpful and polite. And he put me in a great room..302 . There was noone above me and I was next to a storage room. I would definately recomend this place to anyone.

Hotels we have stayed at in recent years are managed mostly by the same ethnicity. Each one has had the AC turned down at night making the hotels stuffy and hot. We thought we would stay in a hotel with air to get a break from trying to sleep in the heat but this hotel failed to do that.

No effort and it shows
Strange smell throughout. Pool was cold and too deep for kids, hot tub had been removed and tiles over. Sauna was just a storage room full of junk. Storage rroms full of junk throughout. Handle was broken on drawers, all furniture beat up. Mini fridge did not work. Will not stay again. Breakfast was so-so.

Everything with the hotel was good but check in I had to pay at hotel. They said they never got changed itinerary even though I showed them my confirmation email from hotel.com. I called hotel.com after check in and was assured it would be taken care of. I checked again when I checked out. Still nothing so now I’ve paid 3 times for 1 night. Please resolve!

Overall ok/average. Missing some finishing touches. Door had to be pushed closed hard to lock. Weird smell from the sink and toilet. Pool was freezing. Minor inconveniences but expectations were still met for the deal we got.
