The cost of the room was very reasonable. The breakfast was quite good. The rooms were large with plenty of lighting. The rooms were noisy. You could hear the people in the next room. The front desk staff did not know the hours of available breakfast. The front desk staff did not want to answer the phone when we called during our trip to Ithaca. The shampoo etc was excellent. Having a microwave oven as well as a refrigerator and freezer was excellent. It was difficult to open the outside door as well as the room with the key card. It would take several tries.

My stay at Country Inn was very good. I didn't spend much time at the hotel. I was visiting family the majority of my visit. The hotel was clean and staff very friendly. I loved the decor and ambiance of the lobby.

I checked in only to find out the wifi was down and wouldn’t be up and running until the morning. I also was informed upon checking in the pool was out of service with no communication. I asked to speak to a manager who wasn’t even there and I had to wait until the next day. I tried calling in the AM and couldn’t even get through to a front desk rep and kept getting redirected to the corporate office. On top of all this the flusher on the toilet was broken and toilet had problems flushing. The facility reeked of weed when I entered with my 2 year old. Not impressed

I was pretty disappointed with the cleanliness… There were 1) dirty dishes in the dishwasher, 2) stains all over the floor, walls, and furniture, 3) hair in the shower, 4) no body wash, 5) most importantly, the bed sheets are stained. The staff was nice, but I would not stay here again
