The room was not cleaned well spots in the shower with hair on the curtain. Food left in the refrigerator. People who were above me were loud stomping on the floor even after telling the front desk nothing changed

Sketchy people all over the hotel. Not safe for kids. Pee on there mattress, lights did not work, food on the sheets. We checked in. Went to visit family, came back, our kids were scared of the people loitering all over the motel. As soon as we walked on the room, we turned around and walked right back out. She would not give us a refund for the first night. I have called and asked for refund. We drive Around around got hours trying to find a place. Expedia says they have a pool, and there's isn't running.i would really like a refund for the first night please??

We did not have a good experience here. The bathroom floor tile was coming off the floor just from walking on it. Very loud at night, all we kept smelling was weed. After we seen the bugs crawling in the bathroom we packed up and left.

There was no one at the check-in desk. We had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to show up. When she did, she was rude. The hallways smelled weird, and the carpets were stained. The rooms were reasonably clean.

Checked in and the Receptionist was rude, like we were an inconvenience to her. Go to the room, and the door was jammed. Had to push through like we were SWAT. The floors were sticky and there were old used towels in tub. Let front desk know, nothing was done all weekend. On the amenities it says housekeeping daily, got to the room to change and we had no new towels. The worker down the hall was cleaning rooms at 8pm, so I asked him for clean towels. He tried to scold me because of the door issue till I showed him the issue, and mentioned I had advised the front desk. The outside area is full of trash, boxes and old furniture. This place was comfortable until this past weekend. Never again!
