Advertising as a resort is a joke, no cutlery, crockery, glasses, not even a bottle opener! Bathroom sink drain clogged, windows secured closed or really difficult to open. Would not recommend, way over priced.

I love how accessible everything is from convenience stores to various places to eat. Not only was it quiet and relaxing but also very beautiful inside and out. I would definitely consider staying here next trip !

I’ve used Alexis Park Suites property around 6 or 7 times in the past 12-16 months. My first stay was my best experience, and I’ve had a couple of “rocky-experiences” recently. I’m not sure I’ll return to A.P.S. On my next stay. There are at least 3-4 like-priced options within 4-6 blocks of this property. That includes locations u used to frequent. So I’m considering giving others my business. I think I’ve only continued booking here because I was giving them the opportunity to secure my business moving forward. I would add that my impression at check in, is that I’m like a new client every time I’m here. They have no clue, or don’t acknowledge my return to the property in any way. I have many hours of Forbes service training, other systems as well, and this staff could use some training. I don’t even work in this industry, and I’ll bet that I alone have more service standard training hours than the entire staff of A.P.S. It’s too bad really. Perhaps they are too focused on trying to also have entertainment on site? Who knows. I do work in the entertainment industry, and I’d guess that the entertainment driven liquor sales is someone’s focus. Drop the distraction, charge an extra $10 a night and get your staff some training standards.
