Booked hotel as it was near the airport. Did not realize that it was directly adjacent to airport. Front of hotel very noisy with planes taking off. Rooms at the back of the hotel seem to be slightly quieter, but still a concern.

The Hotel is very close to the airport which was our reason for staying there. The breakfast was available at 5am which we appreciated since we had an early flight. Hotel was fine for one night before a flight.

Staff weren’t that friendly especially when you needed something As if you’re bothering them to whatever they were doing. When you enter the lobby it smells like smoke or something. And in there policy if the management smells smoke in your they will charge you $$$ however they could not smell the lobby. The location was good because it’s very close to the airport. The Van they used that picked us up in a very hot weather didn’t even have the AC on. We had to tell driver to turn it on. Please next time tell your drivers to turn on the AC when the weather is very hot and heater when the weather is cold to give company to your clients.

Ett bullrande ljud, troligtvis från en AC eller liknande på taket störde sömnen hela natten, vilket gjorde att vi sov mycket dåligt. Vårt rum var på våning tre. Mycket engångsförpackningar vid frukosten känns inte miljövänligt. Ett plus för transfertjänst från flygplatsen till hotellet.

I called ahead to tell the hotel that I had a blow out, I can not control the tow truck driver, they sold my room that I had already paid for. They left us hanging on a week where no hotel rooms were available. I have never had such a horrible experience in my life.

I don't like leaving negative reviews. I will start with the good. This place is walking distance to a really good taco shop and a couple of the car rental businesses, and close to the airport. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The shuttle was on time and the breakfast had a lot of good options! Our room was not ready when we arrived. Ok we'll wait an hour. We expected airplane noise so that wasn't a problem but I hardly slept a wink because of all the noise in the lobby. I know Las Vegas is a busy place, but people drinking in the common area as if it was a bar, people in and out all night laughing a talking in the breakfast area all night! I was on the first floor but I am sure they heard all the noise on the upper floors because the building is design is open. This was the most expensive place on our entire trip, and I unfortunately got no sleep. We couldn't ask for another room because the hotel was full.
