The room was okay irish restraunt next door, or delivery pizza. The pool was drained of water and looked like it had been for a while nobody working on it.it was 109 when I was there it would have been nice to knoe the pool was closed CHANGE YOUR ADON EXPEDIA!!!

Room was very comfortable. Comfortable chair at the table for when I needed to get some work done on my laptop. Great service. 24 hour airport shuttle made it easy for me to catch my early morning flight.

The property only clean your room one time and you have to complain. Our room was cleaned the second day we arrived and that was all. We had to go get our towels ourselves. The smell in the reception is not inviting and worst of all with that heat their pool is not operational and there should be an alert about that before people book the hotel. No wonder if you cancel is non refundable. I will never book this hotel anywhere this my first and last booking with Hampton inn….. their services and care is poor. People are nice but not very friendly. My experience unfortunately is very bad I hardly review and when I do is either I had a really good experience or very bad experience and this was one bad experience with this hotel…..

I have always had a great stay with Hampton. However, this location was not one I will visit again. Our AC made a horrible noise and the staff was not accomodating to fix it. They did offer me a complimentary water from the store though. The phone in the room didn’t work so I had to walk down to the front desk for anything I needed. There lots of homeless people walking around the property which made me feel unsafe traveling g alone with my daughter.

There was little dining around, only one pub and a 7-11 to get anything to eat. Since we did not have a car to go anywhere else it was inconvenient. We could have called an Uber but was unfamiliar with area so didn’t know where to go.

Everything was great. Obviously not a4 or 5 star hotel, but they make up for all of that with character and a down to earth feel that you don't get everywhere. Really only two issues. The door to the room didn't self close on its own, it has to be pushed/pulled close. The toiletries were also not filled in when we arrived or when they cleaned the room. Other than that, the staff was extremely chill and conversational. Shot out to the breakfast/kitchen staff especially the slim blind lady, forgive me for not remembering her name. They were attentive and kept everything clean, neat, and constantly filled in. First time visit, many more to come in the future.

Staff was great!! We were stranded in Vegas because of the Delta fiasco! We had to sleep Saturday night in the airport but I was able to make a reservation at the Hampton Inn Las Vegas Airport for Sunday night. The shuttle driver Thomas picked us up at 8:00 AM and made sure there was a room for us right away. Thank you to Thomas and the staff for their hospitality.

From check-in to check out, my experience was good. The quietness of the area was good except for airplanes leaving, but it was manageable. And it wasn’t all during the night. The room doors slams really hard when you’re leaving out of your room but manageable. The breakfast to me wasn’t good. They didn’t have a lot of meat choices. I was there for two mornings of breakfast first morning. They only had pork sausages and the second morning. They only had chicken sausages. The cook was really nice, but they did have a lot of other food choices if you’re not a meat eater. The pool was under construction, so it was closed. the drivers that pick you up From the airport were really really nice. My overall stay was good and I will stay again if I ever came back to Las Vegas.
