Well if you want to feel like you're in an episode of Cops, then this is the place to stay. So incredibly filthy as well.

Never Again!
I was looking for a quick stop to shower and get a little sleep with my son in between flights. The guy at the front desk was not very friendly and seemed mad to be at work. On our way to the room on the ground floor, I noticed some men getting in a truck that were next to us. The room looked and smelled like a typical crack head motel. The carpet was gross, random marks on the wall and ceiling, water damage on the bathroom floor and the bathroom or counters were not clean. My son refused to take a shower or get under the covers due to the conditions. After wiping everything down and taking a very quick shower I got into the bed. The dip in the middle of the mattress was so deep, I could only sleep on one side! At 3:20am, we were woken up by the police yelling and screaming for someone to get on the ground and put their hands up! The police were conducting a raid on the room next door. My son and I had to get on the nasty floor to take cover until the police had secured their suspects. Needless to say, we got no sleep and checked out early. I reported the incident to the manager on duty, Samantha King who was aware of a raid, but not the location. The fact the Wyndham has their name associated with this property is a travesty! I've stayed at other Howard Johnson/Wyndham properties and this by far is the worse! Never again!

Better than it looks
The young man working the front desk was amazing! This property is old BUT the bed is clean, and the property was being kept clean outside as well despite being in a less desirable area of Las Vegas. If you’re looking for someone to stay that’s cheap and close to the airport, I recommend it.

I stayed here for one night and was overall satisfied with my experience. This is a budget-friendly motel in an excellent location—less than a 5-minute walk to MGM and right next to Denny’s, which offers affordable food, especially compared to the high prices on the Strip. That said, the room itself could use some updates. The carpet had visible stains, which made me uncomfortable taking my shoes off, and the bathroom felt outdated. A clean carpet and a refreshed bathroom would make a big difference. For a short stay, it worked out fine, and the price and location are hard to beat. Just keep in mind it's a no-frills option.

I booked for 2 rooms 2 nights but had to cancel our second night due to the experience. The intial rooms we got were beyond dirty. The bed skirt was filty one looked like it had blood stain. Dog hair everywhere. A strong smell in the room even air fresher didnt help. The floors didnt looked moped. Sheets had stains. We got moved to a different room a little better but the carpet was soo disgusting also in one of the rooms the bathroom didnt looked like it had been cleaned.

You get what you pay for. The staff was nice, but the room itself and surrounding area is pretty dingy. Our sink was totally clogged up with trash and just felt... a bit ick.
