It was challenging to fall asleep with the sound of airplanes landing a couple miles away. The hotel did provide ear plugs but those were not an option for us overnight as parents with small kids. We needed to be able to hear our kids overnight. This just isn't a hotel we'd come back to with our kids.

There were plumbing issues in the room and we had to call the maintenance team twice to get this resolved. I also hope the front desk team learns how to talk to the guests and not be rude.

Everything was perfect. Nice shower, clean room and good service. Oh, I love the breakfast. Quick and easy. The only thing that I didn’t get a chance to use was the pool. I was told that the pool opens at 9am. However, I waited until 9:30am and it wasn’t ready.
