We are a family of 6 and we stayed here for our first visit to Vegas. The Staff were great and very welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic and great to start the day. Situated under the flight path but we were so worn out from the day time activities none of us had trouble sleeping.

The property is old. First room we had i was scared there maybe bed bugs. Beds and pillows are not comfortable. Carpet was gross. The hotel and room smelled of sewage/gas. Noise from the airport is loud. Construction across the street. While our second stay was better, the hotel and room still smelled and there was a huge spider right outside our room. Layout in the room is weird. Boxed eggs for breakfast were aweful. Not what I expect of a Hyatt especially for the price.

This property is not what you would call high end, but it is the most welcoming hotel I have ever stayed in. This place is a true gem, and you would be hard pressed to find a staff that is as friendly and accomodating as this staff. From the manager on down to desk clerks, they are all about making your stay memorable. I would be pleased to be able to return there in the near future. Jeff Morrow
