Room was clean and comfortable, location was close to the airport and offered an airport shuttle. Our flight had been delayed and we didn't land until 1:45am. I called the hotel and one of the front desk guys actually came to pick us up. He was friendly and very helpful with our questions about the area. The other 2 guys that I spoke with at the front desk were not very friendly and seemed very uninterested.

TV in room and Wi-Fi unavailable when we arrived. After asking a couple of times was told system wide issues with no ETA available. Property needs updating of beds and chairs in rooms. Free breakfast was very limited. Egg rounds, sausage patties, toast and bagels. The best things availability and location near airport and highway.

Had a two day stay in Las Vegas. Staff was friendly, lobby was clean and everything else is modernized. The cons I have is that I requested a higher floor for my room, they didn’t changed that for me. The TV company, COX, had an outage that was out my entire stay. Wasn’t terrible but I wish the hotel would’ve told me about it. Other than that, hotel services came every day and room was clean.

Perfect hotel if you are looking for something clean, basic, affordable, and off of the strip. The hotel is clean, rooms are clean, just could use a few updates. Location is great, not far from anything and is right by the airport.

Alarm clock not able to set current time. Shower curtain rod bent like a rainbow, which made entire curtain sag to the middle. Huge gap under door to the room let in so much light and sound that I had to cover it with a towel.

I was very happy with all aspects of this hotel. It has free parking, breakfast and 24 hour airport shuttle. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again. If you are looking for a hotel with a casino this isn’t for you. If you are looking for a good place to stay that is reasonably priced and convenient this is for you.
