Good hotel for an affordable price
The only downside was there was no microwave but other than that everything was good, the room and bathroom was clean check in and check out was smooth and fast, there is a TV, mini fridge and AC overall I would stay here again

Very nice room on the 3rd floor - looked recently renovated. Everything was clean, nice bathroom. Room has fridge, microwave, TV, coffee maker, USB outlets for charging phones, etc. The hotel entrance is outdated, but staff is nice and efficient. The parking lot is big and well lit, no problem finding a spot at any hour. The sports bar was a bit over the top. The waitresses are showing a lot of skin - may not be everybody's preference. We couldn't eat there, the music & TV sportscast were extremely loud. No idea how good the food was, because of the terrible noise we decided to leave.

The hotel is in a good location for the North area, I was going to the speedway and it is 6 miles away. The casino has a good restaurant, but the waitresses don't all speak English. Rooms are clean - but the staff needs customer support training. Try to call them - no answer. The front desk mailbox does not work. My TV did not work the first night - they had no idea how to fix it. They called direct TV the next day and it was fixed. I got a call from someone on my stay before I got there - could not call them back - no extension given, and no one picked up the phone. Then I left some jeans and socks in a drawer - could you mail those back to me? Nope. Said they would hold them - I stayed at a hotel because I do no live there! Then they said they did not find them - the drawer was filled up because I stayed 5 days. Maid kept my clothes. So good property, but the staff does not know customer service. They should at least have phones that work - and they do not even try to fix them.
