I thought I booked one of the newly remodeled rooms, however, it was an outdated room. It was still nice but was very misled by the photos on the site when booking. Other than that, our stay was good.

I didn’t like the dog barking in the room across from me Saturday from 10pm until 2:14 the next morning. I called the front office at 11:25 and not sure anything was done. People shouldn’t leave their animals unattended at a hotel!

I really didn’t like anything. I regret staying there for the most part. I seemed old, the overall condition was poor with missing floor tiles in the elevators. A lot of options for dining was closed except on weekends and I wasn’t there on a weekend. I requested to extend checkout on my last day by two hours and got charged an addition $20, and I doubt based on the people walking around I doubt the hotel was even half-full, that really irritated me. I couldn’t wait to check out and never return.

I enjoyed my 3 day 2 night stay at Rio! Staff was very nice! Parking was okay, repainting the lines while I was there. The room was clean but the windows were very dirty making it difficult to get photos of the view! Otherwise, my stay was great!

First and last staying in this hotel And this hotel is 2nd to last for the “strip” Have to ether walk miles to fun parts or Uber it Bartenders are rude and casino waitress have no patient, or the dealers in the table are just horrible they throw your ID back to you so unprofessional vibes are just NOT there ! We never got our room clean NOT one day but stil charge us maintenance fee worst hotel don’t book you regret they’re are better out there

Very bad, much better choices out there

So, the Rio has changed significantly since last I was there (which was a long time ago). They are marketing a "new and improved" experience, but there was nothing good at all. First off, check in took forever as they only had two people working the counter and the key machines kept going down. There were not very many people in the casino at all and it was a bit empty. All of the restaurants, stores, and room service closed at 10pm, so getting something to eat late was difficult (first time I was starving in Vegas). The room was AWFUL. Even though the size was large, the room itself was so dated and dinged up it was not worth it. Will not be staying here again ever. Maybe this will be the next one to get imploded.
