Unfortunately, this casino was under a lot of construction. Food choices limited. My renovated room was nice but cold shower every day in the morning. Staff very kind.

The Rio now has an app you can check in to your room before you arrive. The small kiosks provide your room card. I knew you he room number but there was nothing to tell me which tower my room was in. Of course I picked the wrong tower. I went to the other tower and opened the door to my room. I noticed the room was extremely hot and humid. Someone left the tub water going for I don’t know how long. Good thing it didn’t overflow. The bed was comfortable. Rooms are spacious. There were three ink stains on the carpet by the bath. Other than that it was ok and a good deal for the cost.

The TV never worked. The in room dining never answered the phone. The property smelt old and moldy. The shower would never get hot. I will never stay ay the Rio again.
