Poor service. Booked king bed but got double queen bed. The hair dryer was broken. Requested a replacement but didn’t get the replacement before we checked out. Noise cancellation is terrible. I can hear people blowing hair next door.

Although the hotel is clean I think the rooms need a little bit of an upgrade. I also think they should allow late check outs. We were told we couldn’t check out late. We had hours before our flight left.
