The room was more than what I expected in a good way-however the bathroom floor was full of hair all over. I waited over 45 min for housekeeping to come clean and just to be on the safe side I asked that the carpet be vacuumed. Glad I did because the camouflage carpet was hiding a ton of debris and dirt as I heard tons of crunching sounds as she vacuumed over the carpet in the room. Not what anyone wants to deal with within the 1st hour after a late flight and check in to their hotel

Nice hotel, terrible valet service. The kid working doesnt know anything about customer service. He is on his phone with his airpods. No eye contact, non verbal. Borderline deaf. I wait 45 mins for my truck and the manager tells me i have a flat. Like why didnt the kid come back up.amd.let me.know. The kid was sketch. Gotta open security investigation going on right now but i doubt ill ever get a response. Other than that schmuch the hotel is great for the money.
