Amazing room. Had everything we needed and front desk was very helpful and always quick. Pool was out of service when we went but grill patio was open and worked amazing. We bbq’d outside and they walked us to the neighboring hotels pool and we were accommodated and let use it. Not that far of a walk to Allegiant stadium. Chevron across the street was convenient and quick walk.

The hotel staff was so nice! The room was clean, and the breakfast was amazing. It’s not on the strip, so it’s fairly quiet. There is a shuttle to the strip as well (although Ubers are fairly inexpensive). Walking distance to a gas station and a few restaurants for quick meals. I would recommend this hotel.

i asked to cancel my reservation because of an honest mistake about the wrong location. i was helpless to get my refund and didn't check in at my reserved location. i called the towneplace and i was asked that i could cancel them but through the Hotels.com customer service who told me that i have to cancel them theough the actual hotel to get a refund. I will never use hotels.com again for not getting my refund.
