My husband and I were very impressed with virgin hotel. The rooms were spotless and the hotel vibe was very trendy. Loved the furniture in the room and the lobby areas.

Was not told that there was a strike so two restaurants were closed. The cleaning regular cleaning crew was out picking calling everybody losers if we cross the picket line loud loud people talking on microphones, somebody went into our room when the do not disturb light was on and took stuff out of our minibar so we had to go and speak to the manager. It was in horrible experience.

Loved the staff and the room itself felt like the surrounding area was uncapped a lot of homeless people there, also there was a worker’s strike that really made me feel bad, if I known that this hotel was treating their employees poorly I would have not booked. The employees are what made our stay pleasant.

The room and view were fabulous! It was where we needed to be to be close to the UNLV athletic fields. However, there were no hand towels, washclothes, or kleenex. 2 bath towels only. Workers were striking for better pay outside, so that may have been why. Give them better pay to keep your hotel running.
