The Valet Parkers was rude and didn’t want to park our car, wanted to see ID, and made me verify our room registration and so on even after I gave him our room number and last name. He tried to say you have to verify everything on your reservation. Look, after a field day at casinos, along with drinks, gambling and I just don’t have the energy to give you all of this info when it’s freezing cold outside. So if you tried to give me a hard time as a guest because I didn’t give you any info then ok but if the room and last name matches the reservation why ask for everything else? Isn’t Valet free anyways? I didn’t appreciate the harassment from the Valet boys. And in the end he just told me Valet was full and can’t park our car. But he couldn’t say that from the start? Instead he gave us such a hard time asking for all sorts of info. That made the experience difficult and the surrounding areas of this hotel is really sketchy looking. It just does not feel safe!

If you’re looking for a quieter hotel just off the strip, this is it. Beautifully renovated, warm sand pool, live music, close to the airport, free parking etc… I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We will be back!

Neg: Couldn’t use the fridge for my meds without penalty. No washcloths. Turning lights off and on was a puzzle and irritating. No towel bars. Need a GOS to get through casino. Was lost most of the time. Pos; Bed was super comfy. Staff was great.

Like: separate door to the bedroom. Dislike: noise of airplanes taking off at 7:30 am on a Saturday. One after the other after the other. Couldn't get back to sleep. Bath towels below the sink. Most people don't close the toilet lid when they flush and the toilet water has a rather wide radius when the toilet is flushed so the bath towels are exposed. Unfortunately, Virgin Hotels is not the only hotel to store bath towels below an open sink. Not very sanitary.

Pleasant but confusing
The stay was awesome although there was not a microwaves on the property. There wasn’t any mention of deposit when booking either. Other than that I’d stay there again

The property is away from the Strip so more quiet. But limited restaurant choices in resort and area force a commute if staying for a few days.
