Dont believe the photos. This place was nothing like them. It had a very musky smell throughout. We had to change rooms because there was no shower curtain and no one knew where to find one.... One of the locks were broken on the door. We slept with a chair against it. We did not feel safe the entire stay. But had no choice as they wouldnt refund our money so we could go elsewhere.

NEVER EVER AGAIN!! Room and facility in terrible shape. Ripped couch and chair. TV not working, no toiletries, lights didn’t work, clock didn’t work! Night clerk said nothing I can do. Morning breakfast empty at 0800. Nothing to eat

The property had no elevator. The room was very outdated and the carpet was sticky. The bath tub was dirty and we even left a day early due to the room.

Good enough for the price
This is an old hotel and it shows. The sofa had a rip in it, there was mold in the bathroom and the carpet was old. The tv wouldn’t come on at first but the desk attendant came and fixed it. The bed was very comfortable and clean and the bathroom was clean but had no soap. The little fridge worked fine. The hotel was ok for the price but I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

The property was not well maintained. We had to change rooms due to TV not working and clogged sink. There were no Hand towels provided. Worn linens and peeling of shower / tub. Worn frayed carpeting. Huge potholes in parking lot. No cups for coffee or juice, and lack of food during continental breakfast 30 minutes after opening. No attendant available to assist.

Nasty restroom used tissue wrapped back around the spool used linen and when I went to complain the clerk had the biggest attitude and just gave us more tissue... This hotel is the worst hotel I've ever seen

Best kept secret in Laurel.
The property is nice, clean and quiet. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly. We will stay here again the next time we go to Laurel.

It smelt like mildew, there was a big water mess right outside my room, there was no breakfast at 645 am then the desk clerk threw a fit when asked to get some. After he finally got some it was frozen and he said guess use the microwave.

Do not waste your money
It was a terrible place to stay. The room was filthy and outdated. The service was horrible the housekeepers are lazy. They didn't ask if my family needed anything I had to call the front desk and tell them our room needed cleaning. The pool was not available because they were to cheap to get it up and going. There was no elevators and my husband is disabled. This place sucked. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay there.

Horrible stay
This is the worst hotel stay my family has ever had. The bathroom tub was filthy it looked like the porcelain was fading. The bathroom and the rest of the room was outdated. This hotel needs to be remodeled. The service was horrible. My family was there for six days and no one came to clean the room, bring towels, change the trash or anything. I had to call the front desk and tell them that I needed the room cleaned. The linens on the bed where dirty looking it was just a horrible stay. My family will never stay there again. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay at that hotel.

The shower was nasty we had to change rooms, the pool was closed n there was nothing stated as hot as it is my kids couldn’t go swimming, the breakfast wasn’t a breakfast.. there wasn’t any.. will never stay there again
