This cozy little bungalow is the perfect couple’s getaway or a weekend trip with a friend. Camp David may be small at 825 sq. feet, but it offers everything you will need to enjoy a perfect retreat. Located in Chiwawa River Pines, Camp David is centrally located between Stevens Pass and Leavenworth near the town of Plain.

As soon as you walk into the cabin hang up your jacket and make yourself at “home’. Pour a glass of wine, crack open a cold micro-brew or whatever your flavor and breathe in the fresh mountain air. If you listen closely, you may hear the local quail cooing or see the local deer and wild turkeys meander through the yard.

The best part of the cabin is the back deck area which faces up into the woods where you can relax in your own private hot tub or sit next to the propane fire-pit during those warm spring or summer evenings. Watch while the stars make their appearance into the vast night sky while reminiscing about your day’s experiences.

The cabin boasts free fiber WIFI, DirecTV, a woodstove (firewood is not provided) and washer/dryer. Even if you feel like you are “roughing” it you still have the best of both worlds. The bedroom has a queen bed and has a TV w/DirecTV with a sliding rustic barn door. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences minus a D/W or you to try out that recipe or make one of your good ol’ go to’s and then snuggle up on the couch and watch a movie with your sweetie.
Whether you are looking for a quick getaway or a week away, Camp David truly is a great choice to escape to, any time of the year.

Please be prepared along with your guests who are driving separate for this driveway during winter months as there will be ice/snow are on the ground a 4WD/AWD vehicle with traction tires are necessary AND carrying chains is recommended. No exceptions

While we do our best to keep this driveway plowed and sanded, winter conditions can change rapidly and make both access to and from this driveway challenging and we cannot guarantee its condition upon your arrival at any time.

My Fiancé and I absolutely loved how cozy and peaceful our stay was at Camp David. Hot tub and fireplace was amazing and was a quick drive to town. We would definitely recommend and will certainly be back.

This was the perfect place to stay for a romantic weekend with the hubby! Everything was exactly as described and there were more adds and amenities than any other place we've stayed. It is a good drive to Leavenworth, but beautiful and we loved every aspect of our trip!

Winter wonderland
We wanted a weekend get away before the holidays and after looking at many options in the internet we chose this one. There were absolutely no issues with our trip, our rental even came with a "bonus puppy". A neighborhood Labrador named Adak visited us every morning to make sure we were safe and ok. Leavenworth was a deceptively longer drive away than we had anticipated but that was okay, beautiful drive through the mountains. I would come back and stay again, but probably going to skip the chaos of Leavenworth. Leavenworth City planning is less than to be desired. There is absolutely NO place to park, if you park in parking lots that don't provide day parking expect to be towed. We watched multiple vehicles get towed our first day, as well as the second. We parked a mile away the second day and walked to the festival area on uneven ice packed sidewalks and streets.

Beautiful location and cute, cozy little cabin. Loved the hot tub and the outdoor area. Definitely enjoyed our time there. My only complaint is with all of the rules and regulations of the property management. I understand the need for them but I began to feel like I was being scolded evey turn I made. Also if trash and hot tub maintenance is at 10a why not just make check out 10a. Little stressful trying to pre pre check out.

Perfect!
This cabin was so cute. The decor was perfect, really felt like a cozy cabin. I will definitely be coming back. I loved the location, it was out of the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough to drive to. The check in process was easy, the cabin was filled with everything we needed for our stay. Extremely dog friendly too, our two little dogs loved it also! Highly recommend.

First impressions and last impressions
First Impression: the photographer did a great job the reality is different. The cabin is definitely showing its age. Last Impression: vendor showed up before our checkout time to clean hot tub and when asked to return after our checkout was extremely rude. Property manager’s response was that I should have read the agreement closer. Check our ratings - first time we’ve had an experience like this.

We had a great stay at this property. It's exactly as listed. We just didn't spend a lot of time there because there is so much to do in the area. Very comfortable and it was nice to have a working TV in the bedroom. My wife left a bag and the cabin and the management helped get it returned to us. Super helpful!

We loved our stay!
My husband and I stayed a long weekend with our dog and were happy with everything. It is such a quiet place which was so peaceful and Jeanie had all the amenities needed plus more.
