This hotel, obviously don’t believe in privacy since the restrooms do not have any luck. I had a bunch of teenagers with me, girls and boys, and had to stand outside the bathroom door. Every time one of the girls was going to use it, if they let us know from the beginning that they don’t have any locks that’s our decision if we wanna book with them or not. They gave me the wrong room since I wanted two rooms together, even though one of our rooms was not occupied. They didn’t want to move us so I had to put under each kids on another room in front of mine and be on the lookout all night just in case. On multiple times, we had to ask for trash bags since there wasn’t any and toilet paper But the locks in the bathroom says what really made me give them a one star review

Compared to our other hotel stays , this one is 3 star just because of the look of the hotel and the price was expensive compared to the other hotels as well. , the breakfast was okay. Nothing bad about the hotel . Service great and clean hotel ! Just for the price i thought it would be better

The beds were also so bad and uncomfortable, some times you think you’re falling on the floor and squeaking. We took mainly the trip for the kids to swim in the pool that is says it’s warm and indoor. And it was cold and kids couldn’t have fun. Not going back.

The property itself was good, the rooms are clean and nice. My only complaint is the noise, not the hotels fault but we stayed for 3 nights and every single night sounded like a stampede coming from right above us, we let the front desk know and they told me they have had multiple complaints from the room right above us for causing very excessive noise and also told me it was children running around and said there is nothing they can do about it. On my way back to my room you can hear them running up and down the hallway and other guest were opening their doors to investigate the noise. This was constant every night until about midnight. So I’m kind of disappointed for having to spend $800.00 for my stay and not being able to sleep, the front desk should have something they should be able to do, even a simple phone call to the room, but more importantly this wouldn’t be an issue if some people just have a little respect and courtesy and realize this is a hotel you’re staying in, not a trampoline park and keep your children under control, it’s currently 6:30am as I write this review and the noise has started again.

Front desk staff kim was great. Super helpful and nice. Breakfast was hectic. Staff tried to stay on top of everything. Rooms were ok. Not big. Bathroom spacious. Beds ok. Very short drive to town. Or free bus stop right by hotel. We would stay again.

The property is at a great location; it is a 1-2 minutes walk through the parking lot to Safe Way and the bus stop is right outside of the parking lot where you can location the free shuttle to town and the Amtrak bus stop. I didn’t think the service was great at all! They ran out of blankets and pillows and the maids were rude! I had asked for toilet paper when I saw a maid outside of our room as we only had one roll and our family was there for four days (this was our second day) and I was told I’d have to go downstairs for more “this is only for priority guests” not sure what we were if not priority after paying almost 2k for our three night stay! The area is absolutely gorgeous and the hotel did offer board games and two washers and two driers which was appreciated.
