I took a week to figure out if you were still operating. No email or notifications to let us know that hotel stay was ok after storm. I understand phone lines down but need to find better way to communicate. I called to ask if power went out/ road closures/ safety issues if we would be compensated or let us change dates. I explained i had young child and its not safe to be in hotel without electricity… Front desk said no. Said too late in my contract. I said so if we are there and power goes out u wont refund because we will be forced to leave. The guy said we have candles and flashlights :( i told him too cold and he said thats how it os. I asked to speak to manager and manager completely disagreed. Said of course not. I was relieved but so disappointed that staff dint have the most basic accurate info to tell guests.

Due to a natural disaster, mudslide, the freeway to the location was shut down and there was no way to get there. We called to cancel and the hotel, nor Hotels would refund us! THERE WAS NO WAY WE COULD COULD THERE! Hotels.com has not negotiated on our behalf to get this refund. Come to find out, the day of our arrival, all power was out in Leavenworth, Wa!

We thought this hotel was great overall due to proximity to the grocery store, bus stop, and spa. However, the pillows were awful. We considered going somewhere in town to buy new ones. We stay at Hampton Hotels often and these pillows are the worst hotel pillows we've ever had. Beyond that, our stay was perfect.

The toilet didn’t work the whole time, my husband had to fix it for each flush, the front desk staff said they were the only ones on shift and could not help. We never got our room cleaned, extra towels or trash taken out at any point, and we stayed for 5 days. The rooms were so dark and outdated, and paid $425 a night. We would never stay here again!!

First of all, the woman at the front desk is AMAZING. If i remember correctly her name is Jolene? Sorry if i am mistaken but such a beautiful person! Free water at check in and as needed throughout. Coffee and tea too! We had a standard double queen but WOW. The room was spectacular. Best sleep and shower i have had in a hotel. Very comfortable for my family. Honestly with how busy the town was it was so great to come back here by the end of the day to relax. Will stay here every time no doubt.

The bathroom barn style door did not close completely, compromising privacy. Only two savory items were in the breakfast: one sausage and an omelette. The omelette contained unlabeled ingredients, including pork, which was not disclosed.
